This country house has always been a family home and although very grand and stately the house retains a very homely feel. Inside, the accommodation has recently been renovated to a high standard and every care has been taken to retain the character of the house.

The Accommodation

Upstairs the five bedrooms sleep up to 14 guests. Three bedrooms are en-suite with king size beds and two bedrooms are family rooms, one has a king size bed with two singles the other has a king size bed with an annex room, with a single and trundle pullout. The latter two rooms share a large bathroom with an extra separate WC. Downstairs there is a cinema/conference room, an oak panelled lounge with wood burner and double doors onto a large south facing veranda, a drawing room with open fire, a bar and a kitchen complete with Aga and range cooker.

The Gardens

Plas Gwynfryn has been involved with the National Garden Scheme for a number of years, opening the gardens to raise money for its nominated charities. For further information look on the NGS website.
